NFL Week 4 Picks 2026: Predictions Against the Spread for All 16 Games

We’ve got five unbeaten teams left including the Chiefs, Bills, 49ers, Vikings, and Raiders. Two of these teams play each other Sunday, so yeah, that’s the one to circle. Three weeks of tape means we can actually trust records a little. Here’s every game using DraftKings odds.

Thursday, Oct. 1

Steelers at Browns — Steelers -2.5

Honestly a coin flip. Both teams are 2-1, both won ugly last week — Pittsburgh needed everything it had to hold off Cincinnati 30-27, Cleveland barely got past Carolina 21-18. Nobody’s offense has wowed me yet. I’ll just take the small number on the road since Pittsburgh’s beaten slightly better teams to get here.

Sunday, Oct. 4 (London)

Colts vs. Commanders — Colts -3.5

Early kickoff across the pond, so good luck to anyone trying to bet this while half-asleep. Indy’s 2-1 off a scrappy 19-17 win over Houston — not their best stuff, but they found a way. Washington’s 1-2 and just got into a shootout with Seattle they lost 33-31, and that defense still looks off. Giving Indy the field goal and a little extra here.

Titans at Ravens — Ravens -11.5

Tennessee’s 0-3 and has scored 7, 10, and 7 the last three weeks. That’s not a slump, that’s an offense that flat-out doesn’t work right now. Baltimore just hung 34 on Dallas. Normally I hate laying double digits this early in the year, but this might be the one week I make an exception.

Patriots at Bills — Bills -7

New England got smoked 35-6 at Jacksonville last week and it’s starting to feel less like a bad night and more like a real problem for Drake Maye. Buffalo’s still 3-0 and just took care of the Chargers without much fuss. Give the touchdown.

Jets at Bears — Bears -3

Jets lost a shootout to Detroit, 31-24, and I still don’t know what this team is trying to be. Bears just went into Philly and beat the Eagles 27-7 — that’s a legit statement win. Small spread for how different these two teams look right now, so take Chicago.

Rams at Eagles — Rams -2.5

Philly getting run off its own field 27-7 by the Bears should make everybody pump the brakes on that 2-0 start. LA lost a shootout in Denver, 30-26, but didn’t look overmatched at all doing it. Vegas clearly trusts the Rams more than the Eagles right now — after watching that Bears game, so do I.

Jaguars at Bengals — Bengals -2.5

Jacksonville’s rolling after that 35-6 beatdown of New England. Cincinnati’s only loss, 30-27 at Pittsburgh, isn’t anything to be embarrassed about. I lean Bengals at home in what should be a close one, though don’t be shocked if this number moves before Sunday.

Cardinals at Giants — Giants -2.5

Arizona’s defense has been an issue all year and it showed again in that 36-30 loss to San Francisco. Giants haven’t been pretty either — 12-7 over Tennessee isn’t exactly must-see TV — but a D that holds a team to 7 points is doing something right. Take the home team.

Cowboys at Texans — Texans -2.5

Dallas has given up 30-plus points two weeks running now, including that Brazil loss to Baltimore, 34-31. Houston’s 0-3 but every loss has been by one score, including a 19-17 heartbreaker to the Colts last week. I’d rather trust a defense that’s actually showing up than one that can’t get anybody off the field.

Packers at Buccaneers — Packers +1.5

Green Bay just laid an egg against Atlanta, 35-14, no way around that. But Tampa’s 0-3, and an 0-3 team getting favored at home over a team with a better record is exactly the kind of number that makes me want the points. Take the Packers.

Dolphins at Vikings — Vikings -10.5

Miami’s 0-3 and hasn’t been within two scores of anyone all year. Minnesota’s had the best defense in the league through three weeks and Miami’s offense doesn’t have the firepower to change that story. Big number, lay it anyway.

Broncos at 49ers — Broncos +3

Denver just beat the Rams at home, 30-26 — good win, no fluke there. San Francisco’s still unbeaten, sure, but it needed a shootout to squeak past Arizona 36-30, and that defense has looked shakier than a 3-0 record suggests. Take the points with the team playing better ball right now.

Chargers at Seahawks — Seahawks -6.5

LA’s 0-3 and getting outscored by double digits pretty much every week at this point. Seattle’s 2-1 and just survived an actual track meet with Washington. Lay it.

Chiefs at Raiders — Chiefs -5.5

Game of the week, no question — both teams walk in 3-0 and it’s a real AFC West gut-check. Vegas has been the best story in football through three weeks, but Mahomes looks fully back and I still trust Kansas City more when it matters. Take the Chiefs, though don’t be shocked if the Raiders make you sweat this one.

Sunday Night, Oct. 4

Lions at Panthers — Lions -3

Detroit’s 2-1 off a wild 31-24 win over the Jets. Carolina’s 1-2 after a tight loss to Cleveland, and Bryce Young’s hot start has cooled off the past couple weeks. Give the field goal on the road.

Monday Night, Oct. 5

Falcons at Saints — Falcons +2.5

Atlanta just dropped 35 on Green Bay — easily its best offensive game of the year. New Orleans is 1-2 after giving up 35 itself to the Raiders, so I’m not laying points with a home team that just showed it can be lit up too. Take Atlanta.
