- You already have an account. The offer is for new users, so a code entered on an existing profile will not apply.
- The code was left off. If you opened the app directly and skipped the field, there is nothing to credit.
- The trade was too small. A trade under $10 does not qualify.
- The trade has not settled. The credit only shows up once your market resolves.
- The 30-day window passed. The trade has to happen within 30 days of opening the account.
